Roy DeLaGarza is known internationally as a man of faith. Great miracles have taken place at his conferences as the gifts of the Holy Spirit freely flow in his life. He, and his wife Anita are pastors and founders of several progressive bi-lingual churches. Among other things he functions as overseer for several churches and ministries.
